We have a 6000 Sft production unit located at Visakhapatnam/Hyderabad, India with world-class equipment like….

• 2 numbers of CNC turning centers  YCM
• 15 numbers of  Single spindle automates lath machine
• 2 numbers of milling machines
• 4 Center lath machines
• 2 center less grinding
• 1 surface grinding

Sensors calibration

We have a sound calibration facility for the Sensors. Each and every sensor will come-out with a 100% quality check and tested by the Calibration with Indian National Physical Standards. These standards are at par with ISO standards and are a bench mark for any instrumentation technology. All our deliverables will undergo very strict calibration procedure, which is authorized by NABL, Chennai.

Testing facilities for mechanical components

Alloys testing:
Based on client requirements we are providing chemical & mechanical test reports for various alloys.

Component testing:
For component testing we have Profile projector, digital micro meters, digital vernier calipers, all standards of thread gauges, bore gauges.
